Renato Capetti

Started his activity with his father Vittorio in 1950 in the Province of Urbino. In 1952 they decided together to open their shops in Florence. He has always been curious and alert to every change in the customs and habits of women.
He stands out for his personal sensitivity to understand any desire. Ability in listening, reasoning-out techniques, untiring updating, passion and a pinch of creativity are his secrets to achieve every client's image.
He specialized in hair cutting, his favourite task for more than fifty years, even though with colouring he has realized a dream and a wish which he was able to manage and in which he wanted to involve his closest collaborators.
Being a fascinating interlocutor and very good in communicating he succeeded in giving extra value to his firm which he transformed in a partnership in 1980. Since then it has been a crescendo of economic and professional success, continuously researching innovation and experimenting his own way of styling. At the moment he is a teacher and adviser of the firm he has created, continuing to work during the week and granting his partners and collaborators an idea of team work, which has marked him over fifty years of a professional life.
